Refund & Returns Policy 

1. The Supplier has the right to repair, replace or refund if goods are faulty. 
2. FULL PRICE GOODS may be issued a credit note or exchanged if the goods are unused and in the original condition with all labels and tags attached if returned within 7 days. 
3. NON STOCK GOODS - Please select carefully as goods specifically ordered in for customers are not able to be refunded or exchanged unless faulty. 
4. SALE ITEMS - There are absolutely no refunds or exchanges on sale items unless faulty. All sale purchases are final. 
   

Cancelled click and collect orders will incur a 10% restocking fee due to Shopify and payment provider fees. 

Please retain your receipt as proof of purchase is required for all refunds, exchanges and credit notes.
